My take on energy harmonization
Energy Harmonization

What is energy harmonization anyway?

When I use the phrase energy harmonization, it refers to balancing the energy within ourselves. I use practices like meditation, reiki, and eft tapping to promote a sense of balance, well-being, and positive energy flow. Energy harmonization can be, but doesn’t have to be, a spiritual practice.

I focus on mental and emotional well-being within my coaching and personal practices alike. I’ve found that using reiki and eft tapping helps to trigger the relaxation response, reduces stress hormones, and promotes a sense of calm. This is great for helping to get our nervous system back to a state of regulation. I’ve found the positive impact on myself and my clients to be profound and even life changing.

Reiki, eft tapping, meditation, and even coaching and tarot journaling can give us heightened states of emotional well-being. They can even decrease our stress and preventing burnout. As someone who has experienced long term burnout, I know what it’s like to feel exhausted and not know where to turn to for relief. My burnout is actually what caused me to dig in deep to learning more about these different practices and incorporate them into my coaching business.

Once we feel better and have less stress, we are able to navigate relationships with increased control and better communication. From there, we are able to resolve conflict easier, and then create positive environments around us. It’s empowering to ourselves AND the people we share our lives with, both personally and professionally.

My goals with bringing the idea of energy harmonization are to empower others to cultivate a greater sense of control in their lives while fostering enhanced well-being and reducing stress. When we combine multiple, holistic techniques, we are able to find a sense of balance in our lives that seemed missing before.
