Energy Harmonization was launched at the Spring Equinox 2024, starting off the astronomical new year with a bang! I created Energy Harmonization as. home for my ideas surrounding energy work like reiki and eft tapping, spiritual exploration, and personal development. As a certified trauma-informed life coach, I’m continuously learning new ways to help my clients – and myself! – feel empowered, overcome emotional overwhelm & fear, and live an authentic and joyful life.
Like most energy focused life coaches, I’ve found that my clients are a lot like me. We have similar interests, we enjoy learning, and we’ve had life experiences that have shaken us to our core, leaving us asking ourselves questions like:
-who am I, really?
-what do I want my life to be like?
-what are my goals?
-how can I contribute to making the world a better place?
-why am I here?
I’ve spent the past twelve years exploring my answers to these questions, and the past three years actively guiding others to explore their own answers to these questions. During that time, I’ve incorporated life coaching, reiki, eft tapping, and personal development tools like journaling and reading tarot cards into my daily life. I’ve slowly begun to incorporate them into my coaching business, as well.
Which leads me back to Energy Harmonization…
I created this site to be a place I can send my clients to for further information on various topics, as well as a place to share practices with people who aren’t my clients. I expect it will morph and grow as I change and grow myself. I hope you find it useful, and most especially empowering, on your own journey.
